Email: support@cefra.app
Write from the email address of your Cefra account, or name that address in your message, so we can find your account. Tell us what happened and on which device, browser or app. Never send us a sign-in code or a password: support never asks for them.
Account and sign-in
- Signing in. Cefra needs no password. Enter your email address and type the 6-digit code we send you, or use one of the sign-in providers shown on the sign-in page.
- No code arrived. Check your spam folder and the spelling of the address, then request a new code. After too many attempts, wait a few minutes before trying again.
- Deleting your account. Open your profile and choose Delete account. This cannot be undone: your account data is deleted within 30 days, and every connected AI assistant is disconnected.
- Still stuck? Write to support@cefra.app from the address you sign in with.
AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT)
You can connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Cefra vocabulary. The AI assistant guide explains the setup, the permissions and the limits.
To disconnect an assistant, open your Cefra profile, go to Connected apps and choose Disconnect. Access ends at once: the assistant's next request is refused. Removing the connector inside Claude or ChatGPT does not end access on Cefra's side, so always disconnect it in Cefra.
Deleting and restoring data
- Restoring deleted words and sets. Words and sets deleted through a connected assistant stay hidden for 30 days and are then erased. Within those 30 days, support can restore them on request.
- Undoing changes. When an assistant changes a word or a set, Cefra keeps the value it had before the first change for 30 days, so support can undo unwanted changes on request.
- How to ask. Write to support@cefra.app and name the set or the words and, if you know it, the date of the change.
- Your personal data. To access, correct or delete your personal data, follow the privacy policy, which also lists the address for data protection requests.
