Obwohl is neutral; obgleich, obschon, wenngleich are more formal, while auch wenn is often conditional-concessive. Spoken wobei adds a limiting counterpoint/new argument and cannot precede its host clause. Ungeachtet dessen, dass is elevated. The finite verb is final.
